Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO and PO Box addresses or international addresses.

We do not offer expedited shipping. Only standard shipping is available. All orders for customized apparel normally take 10 business days to ship.

Holiday seasons can sometimes extend delivery times. Oversized or heavy shipments may require additional shipping charges and we will contact you for approval before making such shipments.

All orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight of your package. It is at the delivery driver’s discretion to request a signature. To ensure delivery, we recommend that you provide a shipping address where an adult is available to sign.


MULTIPLE ADDRESS SHIPPING

At this time, we cannot ship part of your order to one address and part to another address. For deliveries to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is charged based on the total dollar amount of your order. If your order is $99 or over it will ship free!


SALES TAX

We are required to collect sales and use tax only for New York State delivery addresses. Only customers who ship their order to a New York State address will be charged tax. Taxes will be assessed based on State and Regional tax laws. If you live outside of New York State, you will never be charged tax. If you live in New York State and have a tax exempt certificate, please place your order now and email a copy of your tax exempt form to CustomerService@SchoolBasics.com and reference your order number. We will adjust the taxes on your order upon the receipt of your tax exempt form.


ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). We also accept PayPal.


TYPES OF ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

You will also receive a second email when your order has shipped. Please save these emails for your records.


RETURNED/ REFUSED PACKAGES

Packages returned to SchoolBasics.com due to "Sender Unavailable" or by customer’s failure to input the correct address are subject to a $7 return to sender fee at our discretion. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

Customers choosing to return their purchase for a refund to the original method of payment must either pay for a return label, or ship item(s) back using a carrier of their choosing. Return label fees ($7.00 per label) will be debited from your refund.
