Returns and Exchanges
Thank You for shopping at SchoolBasics.com! We are committed to giving you the most friendly and satisfying online shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date listed on the front of your invoice. Your invoice is the confirmation email that we sent you when your order was placed. You can also attain your invoice by navigating to the orders page on your account. Please follow the guidelines listed on this page and we will be happy to assist you.
We apologize but there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CLOTHING CUSTOMIZED WITH A SCHOOL LOGO since these items cannot be easily resold to another customer. For items that DO NOT include a school logo we provide REFUNDS ONLY (no exchanges).
Packages returned to SchoolBasics.com due to "Sender Unavailable" or by customer’s failure to input the correct address are subject to a $7 return to sender fee at our discretion. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
Customers choosing to return their purchase for a refund to the original method of payment must either pay for a return label, or ship item(s) back using a carrier of their choosing. Return label fees ($7.00 per label) will be debited from your refund. If merchandise is defective, damaged or incorrect, it will be refunded to you at no additional costs. All returns must follow our return procedures section below.

Contact us within 30 days of the purchase date listed on the front of your invoice before returning any merchandise. All returned products must be in NEW, UNWORN, & UNWASHED condition with original tags attached for a full REFUND of the purchase price (excluding shipping). We will not accept returns that have not met these conditions. Processing time for returns is typically between 2-4 weeks. For returns, we will issue a credit on your original form of payment unless you ask us to do otherwise.
