Do I have to place my order online?
Yes. Retail orders can ONLY be placed online.
What company do you use for shipping?
All orders are shipped via UPS. UPS can be regarded as inconvenient since someone must be home to sign for the package but this is to ensure your package is not lost as often happens with other shipping carriers. UPS is also very fast and reliable.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Please make a note of the delivery date specified on our website or look for this date in your order confirmation email. This is the date you can expect to receive your order.
Can I expedite my order?
We DO NOT offer expedited shipping services. For customized apparel orders, your order is combined with other orders for the same school logo. This is because most of the work for a job is in the setup and producing multiple orders per setup is the most efficient and affordable way. It is not possible to produce your order individually without charging $50 or more per item.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized apparel as these items cannot be easily resold to another customer. If your item was not customized with a school logo, please see our Returns & Exchanges page.
How do I know what size uniform to order for my child?
We strongly suggest that you visit the school and see sizing samples prior to placing orders for customized apparel as there are no returns or exchanges for these items. For all other items, please see if the product has a link to a sizing chart or email us for precise measurements.
