Do I have to place my order online?
Yes. Retail orders can ONLY be placed online.

What company do you use for shipping?
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight of your package. It is at the delivery driver’s discretion to request a signature. To ensure delivery, we recommend that you provide a shipping address where an adult is available to sign.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All orders for customized apparel normally take 10 business days to ship.

Can I expedite my order?
We DO NOT offer expedited shipping services.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized apparel as these items cannot be easily resold to another customer. If your item was not customized with a school logo, please see our Returns & Exchanges page.

How do I know what size uniform to order for my child?
We strongly suggest that you visit the school and see sizing samples prior to placing orders for customized apparel as there are no returns or exchanges for customized apparel. For all other items, please see if the product has a link to a sizing chart or email us for precise measurements.
